Dual Process Monitoring and Control for Fuel Cell Testing - NEMA 4X, UL labeled

Details: Control panel utilizes an FRP corrosion resistant enclosure to monitor and control system parameters on a fuel cell test apparatus. Pump speeds and subsequent flow rates along with loop pressures and temperatures are adjusted and displayed on the panel for test purposes. The panel also outputs signals for each parameter for future tie-in to a BMS.

pH Neutralization System Control and Effluent Monitoring - NEMA 4X, UL labeled
Details: Panel features a stainless steel enclosure and PLC/HMI touchscreen operator interface for a biotech waste water treatment system. The system features HMI and standard switch/lamp controls for system operation and alarming. A front panel chart recorder provides effluent recording to meet environmental regulations and communications ports on the side of the enclosure allows interface to a laptop without opening the panel door.

Duplex Alternating Pump Control - NEMA 4X, interface to pumps/level switches in hazardous environment (panel mounted outside the hazardous area)
Details: Panel features an FRP NEMA 4X enclosure and PLC for automatic lead/lag/alternating pump control of a duplex lift station in a semiconductor facility. The panel includes a disconnect switch and pump HOA switches and run indicator lamps along with an alarm horn with silence button. IS (intrinsically safe) barriers are provided for interface to the level switches in the hazardous environment.

Manganese Phosphate Finishing Line Monitoring and Control - NEMA 4X

Details: Panel utilizes relay logic and microprocessor based panel mount controls for a metal finishing line. The panel monitors and controls tank electric heaters and pump lift stations for solution process control and waste transfer. Each tank’s temperature is displayed on the front panel along with hand operators and indicator lamps for tank temperature and heater fault status.
