AVS Series :
AVS Neutralization Tanks, engineered and manufactured by Burt Process Equipment, incorporate a proprietary Anti-Vortex system eliminating the possibility of vortex induced "short-circuiting" during the neutralization process. These vessels are constructed of heavy duty polyethylene designed to withstand temperature extremes and the corrosive environments inherent to pH adjustment. Engineered AVS tanks by Burt Process minimize reaction time thereby reducing overall system size and space requirements.

AVS Tanks are used to neutralize acid or alkaline waste water through the additions of chemical reagents or limestone chips. All tanks include bolt-on covers. Available separately or as part of a complete pH Neutralization system package, these tanks offer a highly reliable solution for EPA compliance in most industrial, commercial, R&D and institutional applications.

Our stainless steel tanks are used for a wide range of applications involving storage, mixing and chemical process. They can be supplied with flat, cone, dished or sloped bottoms. Accessories for mounting mixers, fittings, flanges, valves and casters can be supplied upon request.

INDUSTRIAL STAINLESS STEEL TANKS
All tanks are designed for a minimum solution specific gravity of 1.2 with additional reinforcement available for solutions. Standard finish is a 2B mill finish with various optional polishes also available. Tanks are available in T304 or T316 stainless and options include fittings, covers and stands. Combine our tanks with our pumps and instrumentation for a complete process system.
