Burt Process Equipment offers complete services for your industrial ventilation requirements. From simple exhaust hoods and blowers (fans) to fully engineered systems, we can provide solutions for your demanding corrosive exhaust fume handling needs. Our engineers develop components and packages designed in accordance with the recommended practice of the American Conference of Governmental Industrial Hygienist and fabricated in accordance with the Thermoplastic Construction Standards of the Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors (SMACNA). Burt Process can simply provide exhaust fittings per your bill of materials or a complete turnkey system including design, fabrication, and installation. Exhaust systems are available in type I and II PVC, CPVC, and polypropylene. These systems can include welded joints by our trained factory technicians or mechanical connections (screw/caulk) for installation by standard mechanical contractors.
For your exhaust hood needs many styles are offered depending upon the application. Exhaust fittings include elbows, reducers, tee wyes, blast gates, raincaps, transitions, and more.
Blowers, scrubbers, and mist eliminators are specified and supplied to meet your clean air emission requirements.
