Wet Process stations are custom designed and fabricated by our experienced engineers to meet your individual process specifications. All units include access doors or panels below the work surface. The area below the deck not only serves to house pumps, piping and accessories but also spill or secondary containment due to the unit’s integrally welded configuration. Access doors can also be provided on the rear of the units in cases where a service aisle exists behind the bench. Deck mounted tanks can be permanently welded to the unit or can be provided as removable assemblies for replacement and switch out as required. Depending upon the deck loading the unit will include a corrosion resistant FRP or stainless steel frame to provide structural rigidity to the unit not only in service but in transit as well.
