These small standard pumping stations are, among other application, ideally suits for under-table or under-sink installation for the photographic Industry. They are fully automatic and can be used to collect fix, bleach/fi, or wash water for desilvering, Regeneration, or destruction. Standard models are available with flow to 50GPM and heads to 30 feet. Normally, the stations are supplied with 115v, 1ph motors. However, other voltages are available upon request. |

Simplex systems:
For those applications requiring a somewhat systems BPE offers standard units with tank capacities to 260 gallons. These tanks, constructed of white stress relieved polypropylene are triple welded and reinforced to provide years of satisfactory service. There is a choice of various models with flows to 100GPM and heads to 85 feet
Each stations is completely automatic and designed to solve acid transfer problems in the plating, Waste Treatment, Chemical and Electronics Industries.
Both single and three phase units are available. |
|
Duplex Systems:
A typical duplex systems for pump-down operations will start one pump at a time with rising level, stop both pumps at the desired low level, then automatically change the starting sequence for the next operating cycle. If the liquid rises above the normal start point due to excess demand or pump malfunction, the idle pump will also start and continue to run until the liquid level reaches the desired low level. Alternating pump operation will be automatically resumed. An optional high level alarm will sound if the liquid level continues to rise with simultaneous pump operation. |

ACCESSORY ALARM PANELS
The MODEL ALP-100 accessory alarm panel is available as a standard packaged unit, fully assembled and ready for immediate installation and use. It is designed to provide and audible evidence of a malfunction condition utilizing an electrical signaling input(s).
Each panel assembly includes annunciator, indicator light, and push-button silencing switch. The require power input from remote level control signals such as LSF and LSCE Series liquid level controls or LSMF Mini-float switch.
An alarm signal causes the indicators to light and an alarm horn to sound, The horn may be silenced by depressing the push-button switch.
The indicators will remain lighted until the alarm signal is removed. The horn is heavy and Adjustable from 78-103 db.
The standard electrical enclosure is Nema 4x non-metallic and corrosion-resistant.
The MODEL ALP- MINI handles the same operation as the ALP-100 using a smaller Sonalert horn, separate silence button and alarm lamp, and non-rated enclosure.
