Details: The system accepts waste solvent from a manufacturing process and pumps it automatically based upon level to a waste treatment system.
The system is a completely automated system and provides a double contained collection system inside a sealed 316 stainless steel cabinet.
The unit features:
a. Air operated transfer pump and valving suitable for hazardous environment
b. Intrinsically safe instrumentation for system control
c. Integral vent and flame arrester suitable for solvent vapors
Collection Tank: 50 gallon welded rectangular 316 stainless steel construction
Instrumentation: Intrinsically safe guided wave radar and point level switches for pump control, alarms, and leak detection in secondary containment
Use: Collection and transfer of solvent waste where gravity drainage cannot be utilized

Type – Duplex self-contained stainless steel unit with carbon steel cabinet
Details: The system accepts waste solvent from a manufacturing process and collects it in one of two 30 gallon drums. Once the drums are full, they can be removed from the cabinet for proper disposal and returned and reconnected for further collection.
The system is a completely automated system and provides a double contained collection system inside a sealed epoxy coated steel cabinet. The unit features:
a. Duplex air operated transfer pumps and valving suitable for hazardous environment
b. Automatic inlet valves to fill each collection drum
c. Intrinsically safe instrumentation for system control
d. Integral vent and flame arresters suitable for solvent vapors
Collection Tanks: (2) 30 gallon DOT 316 stainless steel drums with secondary containment basin
Instrumentation: Intrinsically safe load cells for continuous drum level and automatic fill control. Point level switches are provided for leak detection in the secondary containment
Use: Collection for removal/transport of solvent waste |
